I took my family here for one Saturday night. I booked a towers room and we were put on the 12th floor (12, 14, 15th floors are tower rooms). However, they never told me that the towers lounge is not open on the weekends (what's the use of the extra costs?) The room was in great good shape. Furniture, bedding and bathroom were all nice. The pool is a joke. The hotel has an agreement to use the LA Fitness pool next door. You have to get a pass at the front desk and then sign-in at the club. I asked for towels and they said you had to get them at the hotel. Went to the front desk again and they said you had to get them from your room! It would have been nice for them to tell you this when you get the passes. The pool is a lap pool and has a very small deck area. We had mixed staff help. Some were very helpful but others didn't seem to care about you. I would stay here again and give them another chance.
